Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before shipping.

Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed (except standard delivery items).

Refunds (if eligible) are processed within 5–7 working days.

If delivery is attempted after cancellation, kindly refuse the package.

Returns accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or missing accessories.

Must be returned unused, in original packaging, with all tags/accessories.

Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
