3 Ways to Bring Mindfulness to Your Digital Life 

We can pause wherever we are, whether mentally or physically, online or offline, and ask: What is going on in my mind and body? The benefit of pausing to reconnect with what's going on in the mind and body is revealing itself in new and bright ways.

Build awareness of our behavior patterns- Slow down and notice your actions as well as their consequences. Be present, observe, and participate in your lives moment by moment and make it a continuous practice.  This helps to keep the mind quiet and clear.

A Mindful Moment- Pause for a few seconds whenever you're about to start working on your computer or pick up your phone or tablet. Bring your focus of attention into the present moment by becoming still. Avoid rushing towards the stimulation of technical devices. 

Use your wait time wisely- Instead of opening another browser or starting another task when you're on hold or waiting for something to load online, relax into the present. Turn the time you're waiting into a small meditation session (check out our aroma collection to add to your meditation).

If the mind is always immersed without a single moment of contemplation or rest, it becomes jaded and incapable of experiencing life with wonder and curiosity. Make a conscious effort to begin utilizing your gadget in a mindful manner. You'll be happier, less stressed, and more productive if you return to the endless serenity of the present throughout the day.
